Happy Jackson Snack Boxes #54

Toast triangles, some hazelnut truffles, blueberries, tea biscuits, green pea and kale spread, and the marinated white beans from this recipe.

This felt very healthful, but needed something. The green pea and kale spread, I later discovered, is actually pretty amazing if you add some nutritional yeast. If I make this again you'll get the recipe as I liked it, with the nutritional yeast.
