You might be thinking those are chicken nuggets, but that's only partly true. They're mini chicken cordon blue nuggets! I couldn't help but try them when I saw them, and they are actually really great. They're nestled in with buttered egg noodles and glazed carrots with a strawberry-spinach salad using
this dressing leftover from yesterday.
You always have such interesting things in your lunches. Are the nuggets a Trader Joe's find, too?
