What I Ate in a Day #47

 All of these could probably have gone in a random meals compilation. I guess it was a pretty random day!

Because I'm in using-the-freezer mode, I pulled out a freezer muffin (banana tahini) to have with a smoothie for breakfast. This smoothie was made of avocado, mango, pineapple, banana, and soy milk. I have had better smoothies, but it did the job.

I had leftovers in the fridge, but not that logically went together--here we have savory quinoa mixed with some Quorn pieces, spaghetti with tofu tomato sauce and some non-dairy cheese, a salad of lettuce and onions with some leftover salad dressing and a cup of crispy mung beans for a topping (sorry, you just see lids), and some mushrooms sauteed with garlic and leeks. This worked out okay--not perfect, but it did the job.


Dinner was more leftovers, but this is more cohesive. I had brown rice, gochujang mushrooms, Quorn pieces, Korean zucchini pancakes with a dipping sauce, Korean cucumber salad, and veggie stir fry. I really enjoyed this!

Not pictured, I had several cups of herbal tea, a multivitamin, a DHA supplement, a turmeric supplement, and a Vitamin D tablet, as well as some non-dairy chocolate.
