Laptop Lunches #85

I'm back--sort of. Here we have the end of a loaf of Wegmans Garlic Tuscan Bread, egg salad with way too much dill in a cup of romaine lettuce leaves, slices of Empire apple alternating with colby jack cheese, and carrot sticks.

This came dangerously close to being a sandwich, but there should be leftovers tomorrow, which may be more promising--or at least look more promising. This actually tasted really good, but it wasn't exactly one of my most artistic efforts.
