Small Plate #6
I've not been having much of an appetite a lot of the time lately, so I've been making smaller plates sometimes. Here we have mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, and lemon pepper tofu cutlets.
The tofu is a recipe from Plant Power Couple. It truly is one of the best recipes I've ever made for tofu, but having made it a few times, I think the best thing is to have a little water left in the tofu, so it doesn't absorb too much oil and get too greasy. Either way, though, these are some of the meatiest slabs of tofu ever, and so, so good.
