Dinner Bowl #98


This is something I've made before (sort of), and loved, so I figured this would be great comfort food on a chilly day. It's basically the exact same thing I had a year and a half ago: beefy pastina soup with a jalapeno corn muffin.

The March 2024 version of this used slightly different ingredients--here I had some leftover tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes rather than canned, and I added more broth to avoid having the TVP soak all of the soup up--but it was pretty much the same as before. I adore this and I don't know why it took me so long to make it again.
