Dinner Bowl #129

 


I needed warm food for psychological reasons, after quite some time without anything hot but the occasional cup of tea with my cold meals, so here we have something quick and convenient: Veggie sausages sauteed with peppers and onions, mashed potatoes, and a mushroom/tomato/spinach saute.

This was a quick meal, basically, and even though I was uncomfortable cooking in my kitchen for the amount of time it took, it wasn't too bad. And the meal itself was so good! Sometimes, you just need mashed potatoes. Even when it's hot out.
