Little Dishes #13
I don't know if these things really go together, but somehow this worked as a lunch! I had some baked pakoras filled with carrots, spinach, and potato (recipe from No Dash of Gluten), some homemade caramelized onion hummus, brussels sprouts curry (recipe from Savory Spin), and some basic yellow rice.
The curry and rice went well together, and the pakoras and hummus went well together. So basically, this is a two-course meal. Sometimes, you just do what works!
