Dinner Plate #85

 


This is another meal where my energy didn't match my aspirations, but I did my best. I have here some homemade naan, some baked frozen falafel balls, homemade lemon hummus, and homemade zucchini dip (from the recipe at Feasting at Home, which is reminiscent of baba ganoush).

This was fine; no complaints, really, except for complaining that I was too tired to make a salad. I didn't have that much to make a salad out of anyway, to be fair. Still...it would have been nice with some lettuce!

I constantly remind myself that we can only do the things we can do. There are veggies here, and there is protein, and carbs, and fat, and on this day, that was a win.
