Laptop Lunches #253

Mango sticks, sesame crackers wrapped in nori, Moroccan carrot salad, coconut yogurt with chocolate bits, and a hard boiled egg nestled in with some grape tomatoes.

I used multi-colored carrots in the salad, which is actually a pretty simple recipe. I want to modify it some, though, as it is kind of spicy for my taste.

This lunch wasn't very cohesive, but it got the job done.
