Dinner Bowl #84

 


I had a lot of protein at other meals on this day, so protein spaghetti sufficed here. This was easy broccoli mushroom pasta (veganized with non-dairy cheese from this Cookin' Canuck recipe), steamed carrots, and spinach sauteed with onions and seasoned with a generous amount of smoked paprika.

This pasta was pretty plain, but good enough. I envision it being destined to become pasta salad, though, because it seems like I'll need something to convince me to finish it off later.

The vegetables were delicious, of course; I really love vegetables.
