Dinner Bowl #106
This is more using-what-I-had cookery: Brown rice, a stir fry made from veggies and smoked tofu, Dolly Parton's coleslaw (veganized, of course), and sticky shiitake mushrooms (recipe from Ooh La La It's Vegan).
Although I have had a few shopping trips where I wasn't up to 100% and thus I've accumulated a little bit around here, I'm making my way through. This was really good! I loved the mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms have such a great, meaty texture. I have rarely ventured beyond plain white mushrooms or baby bellas, but I'm always glad when I do. Mushrooms are just inherently awesome, don't you think?
