Dinner Plate #65
Here we have roasted radishes, steamed brussels sprouts, butter-poached carrots, brown sugar-mustard glazed tofu (recipe from It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken), and stuffing/dressing.
I learned recently that if you don't stuff anything with it, it's dressing. But for some reason my brain won't accommodate this fact. Oh, well: It's good!
The tofu was intended, in my head, to be kind of like ham; it wasn't really very much like ham but it was good and went with the other things, so I will make no complaints. It was also relatively easy to do, which I liked.
I had forgotten I even had radishes, but fortunately, they were still good with a little trimming. I still don't know how I lived so long without ever cooking a radish.
This was a very wintery meal, and perfectly delicious.
