Lunchopolis #51

A salad of all the green things in my fridge (arugula, avocado, and cucumber), a little cup of lemon vinaigrette, red grapes, leftover vegan margherita pizza, and my sad attempt at a dessert--bananas in raspberry syrup.

This frozen pizza costs about six dollars where I am, which is pretty reasonable. And it's actually good. (You never want otherwise, do you?)

  1. That pizza is the best! I prefer the amount of cheese Daiya puts on their pizzas, but you can’t beat a gluten-y crust.

    1. I love that there are gluten free options for those who need them, but I agree--sometimes you just want gluten!
