Laptop Lunches #319
Essentially, a roundup of leftovers, plus chocolate: carrots and snow peas, some salted chocolate-pumpkin seed bark, garlicky white bean and spinach, and rice pilaf.
The carrots and snow peas dish was really versatile--it went well with the Asian meal you saw on Friday but also with this more Western meal I had over the weekend. I definitely want to make this again next time snow peas are a good price (or free, as they were in this case).
This lunch was gluten free, but I only realized that when I was writing the blog.

Oooh this bento looks so delicious! I really need to try the garlicky beans and spinach, that sounds so good. The chocolate bark sounds delicious too! You can't go wrong with chocolate ;)
ReplyDeleteIt was a surprisingly good assortment of things to eat for lunch!
DeleteThis looks like a lovely, colourful lunch. And bonus for free snow peas!
