Gala apple slices, Violife cheddar, two types of tomato (Twilights and regular cherry tomatoes), carrot sticks, cucumber spears, homemade hummus, and tomato-basil bruschetta.

I'm really glad I've fully made the transition to making my own hummus. It's much cheaper, I generally make it it more manageable quantities, and, most importantly, it tastes better. I don't know when the last time I bought hummus in a tub was.
