Sequestration Meal #140

Remember that hummus I bought? I decided to turn it into a semi-fancy sandwich with toast, avocado, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and lettuce. The avocado was perfect, at that ideal ripeness stage where it cuts beautifully and has no bruises and still melts in your mouth like butter.

There may be a lot of prepared faux meats in the world, but there are honestly few things as delightful as a hummus sandwich.
