I don't know how Beyond Meat does it. This tastes so much like chicken I think it might fool omnivores. I mean, sure, you can't really shred it like meat, but chopped like this it definitely fills my chicken salad cravings.

Could those containers be any cuter! I love them!! And I know what you mean, some of the faux meats out there are crazy accurate both in taste and texture I have to double check the ingredients! I feel like this is such a great time to be vegan.
