Thermos 3-Tier Bento #50

Red bean stew, a simple salad with bottled Italian dressing, and rice.

This is essentially the red beans and rice recipe from Simple Vegan Blog. Sometimes all I want to do is doctor up a can of beans. I was definitely satisfied with this, though to me it made more sense to think of it as a stew than "red beans and rice," which I would expect to have sausage in it.
