Sequestration Meal #148

Because I had cauliflower florets left over from my cauliflower steaks, and because it was still cool enough to have the oven on, I made some Sticky Sesame Cauliflower from the recipe at Chocolate Covered Katie. I decided to make it into a rice bowl (there's rice there, although you can't see it), with edamame, halved grape tomatoes, and some of my own recipe for spicy cucumber salad with spicy Asian dressing.

Though the sticky sauce I put on the cauliflower coated it well at first, I think the steam thinned it or something, because as you can see not much sauce stuck. But it was nice, anyway, and it flavored the rice well. I think if I made this again I'd cook the sauce down a bit more so it was too thick, and maybe then it would be just right.
