I roughly followed a recipe on the back of my tubettini pasta to make a minestrone with a small can of white beans I had, some TVP, and veggies I had around. It wasn't bad. The weather cooperated, so I also made some cornbread to go with it. It wasn't quite cold enough to have something so warming, but I still enjoyed it.
I never think to make things from the recipes on packets, I really should pay more attention to see if there is some inspiration to be found there.
