Temari Rabbit 2-Tier Bento #28

Brioche toast, smoked trout, cream cheese with chives, baby carrots, blackberries, two yellow cherry tomatoes, and strawberry slices.

I never had smoked trout before. It seemed a little pricey just to try, assuming perhaps it wouldn't be that great. But it was so worth it. Smoked trout is the ham of the fish world, I think. The flavor, nice and smoky, reminded me very much of a good Virginia ham, though the texture (obviously) is more fishy.
