Laptop Lunches #266

Orange slices, veggie rice crackers, cucumber-tomato salad with basil vinaigrette, and a hard boiled egg, halved and peppered.

These veggie rice crackers are really flavorful. A lot of rice crackers need something else with them to be worth eating, but these carry it through on their own. This was a really nice lunch.
