Thermos 3-Tier Bento #38
Some Gardein beefless tips and mushrooms in onion gravy (Bisto mix, from my British friends), a green bean/wax bean/carrot mix I had in my freezer, and noodles (Light & Fluffy macaroni dumplings, still my all-time most satisfying vegan find).
Bisto is a kind of gravy mix where you add hot water, stir for a bit, and magically, you have gravy! The flavor might need a bit of help but I can't complain about it for ease of use.

That gravy sounds brilliant! And i can totally tell those are some good noodles. Those wide egg noodles used to be my favorite, mostly for that kind of wide fluffy texture like yours.

Oooh this looks so incredible! Even in my pre vegan days I wasn't a beef fan but this looks so good I definitely want to give it a try! Thank goodness for Gardein, maybe one day when I'm feeling splurgy (or it's on sale) I'll pick some up so I can make this. The gravy looks so good, yum!
ReplyDeleteOooh, this looks like such a good lunch! I need to get those noodles again soon; they're amazing!
ReplyDeleteThose noodles just look so amazing!
ReplyDeleteWe have a number of powdered gravies here that you just add hot water to. I always end up adjusting the ratios to get it thicker and stronger tasting, but they are just so easy!
