Pita pizza!

I had leftover pocketless pita, and I had some canned tomatoes left from the red lentil stew I made. So I made some pizza sauce with the canned tomatoes and seasonings, plus a bit of tomato paste from my freezer. I made some TVP Italian sausage, too. And I put that on the pita with some non-dairy cheese, fresh tomato (from the neighbor), sliced kalamata olives (unconventional, but they're what I had), and a bit of spinach I had in my freezer.

This was great! It was nowhere near as good as making my own crust, in part because the toppings don't end up adhering as well, but it was still delicious. And pretty! I was really impressed with myself that I made such a pretty meal.
