Lunchopolis #101

 


This was a basic bento, hardly worth showing you except to show you that good stuff can still be had when you're struggling. So here I have a sandwich on multigrain and seed bread (veggie ham, non-dairy cheese, lettuce, spinach, and vegan mayo), halved cherry tomatoes, plain potato chips, and cucumber slices with a homemade non-dairy yogurt ranch dip.

It was delicious, and it got me through another day!
