Dinner Plate #49
I had some leftover garlic white sauce for pizza in my freezer, so I enlisted pizza into another crusty bread role and made one with zucchini, tomato, and basil to have alongside a roasted butternut squash and red pepper soup.
The soup recipe is from Eat Love Eat. I chose that one because it had lentils in it and I wanted to boost the protein in this meal. It really needed something, though, so I added some non-dairy sour cream--that was perfect.
I don't think, this time, that pizza and soup were the best combo, but they could be eaten in courses to a very positive effect. The leftovers served me well, too.
