Dinner Plate #53

 


Here we are using stuff up again! I made buffalo tofu bites (recipe from Naturallie Plant-Based) with a homemade ranch for dipping, steamed broccoli (what else?), and macaroni and cheese (with my usual favorite cashew-and-sweet-potato-based sauce).

I loved these tofu bites! And bonus points for using up the last of my package of whole wheat panko. Would I buy panko again? Sure. But getting excited about using things up is a psychological trick I'm playing on myself to avoid accumulating things. It also used some of that bottle of buffalo sauce I already had. They were pretty easy, too, so I'd happily make them again.

Everything else on this plate is something I already know I love, so nothing changed there. Still loveable!
