Insulated Jar & Sides #45

My camera refused to focus on everything at once so I gave up on that, but you get the idea in this photo anyway: Potato salad, canned baked beans doctored with sauteed onions and peppers and tempeh bacon, and sliced cucumbers.

This is a really simple summery meal I have probably made other variations of. I liked the tempeh bacon added to canned baked beans; it was a nice flavor and a change of pace I enjoyed.
