Lunchopolis #87

A simple sandwich of toast, Vegenaise, Violife cheddar, and Tofurky, cucumber slices, potato salad, and an improvisational strawberry-dark chocolate-coconut dessert cup.

A Dutch co-worker gave me a large dark chocolate letter for Sinterklaas, and I am not eating that thing nearly fast enough to use it up before it goes bad (it will last a long time, but it is also huge). So why not chop some up and put it with strawberries? It was a good inspiration; I may try this again sometime when I'm too lazy to make chocolate-covered strawberries.

I am also taking suggestions about how to handle just how much chocolate is left! I mean, it's already March and I've only gotten through maybe 1/8 of it.

Tomorrow, there will be no lunch, but I have another breakfast compilation coming!

    1. I think it's a standard size for a chocolate letter, though I'm not so familiar with those--maybe a pound or so? I just don't tend to eat plain chocolate on its own.

  2. Your dessert cup sounds amazing! And yay for potato salad, too!

    1. Potato salad is more or less always a good idea, I think.
