Sequestration Meal #3

You may recall that a while ago I tried the tempeh fish recipe from One Green Planet, and didn't so much like the tempeh part. Well, I followed through and made it with cauliflower instead. So here we have fishy cauliflower nuggets in a chickpea-flour batter with a little fish cup of homemade tartar sauce on the side, rice pilaf, and a simple side of chopped tomatoes and cucumber.

Though I think I need to add salt to the batter next time, I was pretty happy with the way this turned out. I'm not crazy about cauliflower wings, but cauliflower fishy nuggets? Sign me up.

    1. I probably won't make them that often, because they are kind of time consuming, but isolation is perfect for exploring things like this.
