Sequestration Meal #308


It was still too hot to really cook, so I had marinated white beans on toast (beans recipe from Food Babe) and a side of zucchini and tomato sauté.

This made a surprisingly good lunch! It would have looked more logical if packed, but hey, logic isn't my main motivator lately. I really loved the beans. Adding olives to the marinade was inspired! So yummy, and it pulled a few more cans out of the pantry.


  1. I do enjoy marinating beans, though I almost never think to do it. This reminds me there are so many good things to do with them.
