Low Bowl #7

 

Usually, a bowl of ramen would get stuck in the random meals series, because who wants to see another bowl of ramen? But this one was special: miso soy milk ramen, roughly following a recipe from The Foodie Takes Flight. I really only added scallions for veggies, because it was that kind of day.

It made probably too much broth, but the broth was amazing, so I ate it anyway. It was a delicious, creamy, silky, spicy bowl of comfort for these challenging times. I used tahini, so this is tagged as nut free. It was a great change of pace from my usual peanut butter ramen, if more involved and complex and therefore not so much of a go-to when distraught as something special on an evening I have energy to do it.
