Laptop Lunches #194
Asparagus salad, potato salad, pineapple slices, stuffed quail eggs, and some mini milk chocolate with almond squares.
The asparagus salad recipe was this one; I think it is a little too mustard-y for my tastes, but in general it was okay.
Quail eggs...I'm still learning. These were more soft boiled than I would like, so I mixed the yolks with some mayo and seasonings and stuffed them back in. They were fine, but someday I hope to figure out how to time quail eggs properly.
