Melba toast, slices of Manchego cheese, and quince paste in a Rubbermaid container.
This would have been fine as it was--I have had this before. But someone offered me a croissant from the bakery and I had that with the cheese and quince paste instead--and it was more than fine, it was heavenly! I need to eat more croissants.
