ECO Lunch Box Three-in-One #84

Salad of lettuce, cucumber, and vegan Parmesan with Bac'n pieces and more creamy Italian dressing and a pesto pasta salad (I'll give you a recipe for this salad during Vegan MoFo).

I overslept this morning, so I did not have time to really do what I intended for this meal. It was food, though, and I ate well enough, so it all came out okay in the end.

    It looks really good for something thrown together with not much time. A nice mix of nice and fresh and creamy and pasta. Yum.
