Sequestration Meal #90
I had some Don't Have a Cow meatballs in the freezer, and for some reason I wanted something slightly different, so I made baked spaghetti and meatballs. It was essentially just cooked spaghetti, sauce, already-simmered meatballs, and some shredded Daiya mozzarella, which I then broiled until the cheese melted and then topped it with parsley. I had some garlic toast on the side. It did make for a nice change of pace, somehow.
Oooohh... this looks good. Melty cheese on top just makes it seem fancy and comforting all at once!
ReplyDeleteI tend toward fanciness, apparently!
DeleteYour baked spaghetti looks great! I still need to try the Don't Have a Cow meatballs sometime! How do they compare to other vegan meatballs you've had?
ReplyDeleteThe Don't Have a Cow ones are more oblong than round, softer, and less seasoned than the ones I prefer (Trader Joe's or Gardein).
