Sequestration Meal #211
This was an imperfect attempt at a ham pot pie (eternity: two people and a ham...okay, but really I'm stretching out that Tofurky ham on purpose). I based it on this recipe from Vegan Richa. I should have adjusted the salt because of the ham, because it was too salty; also, I put a small potato in it and the potato didn't get cooked all the way. And I didn't care for the biscuit topping, which was more like a savory pancake than a biscuit (it needed vegan butter, probably). But it was promising, and I'll probably be making an effort at something similar with soy curls sometime.
