Dinner Plate #25
A neighbor made me a beautiful loaf of marble rye and sourdough for my birthday, and I have enjoyed it in a variety of ways. One of them was this sandwich, which is filled with lettuce and "tuna" salad (made from Franklin Farms vegan tuna). Alongside that, I had some imported spicy sour Doritos, which unlike most American flavors of Doritos do not contain dairy.
The Franklin Farms tuna is so delightful. I think I might have forgotten the texture of animal products, because it seems very "firm" somehow, but it tasted good. But then again, if you add mayo, just about anything can become a sandwich filling.
