Dinner Plate #84
A perfect late-spring/early-summer meal: Coleslaw, potato wedges, fishless filets, and tartar sauce.
I'm really doing the best I can. This was based on what I had around--I had bought cabbage, because I tend to buy cabbage these days. It's cheap and lasts a long time in the fridge. I had a few potatoes that needed using. The fishless filets were in the freezer. Nothing earth shattering here, but it got the job done, and it was delicious!
