Dinner Plate #86
This is the kind of thing I eat when I feel like I can't cook at all, but I want to still get good nutrition in. This is Goodles vegan spirals, microwave brussels sprouts, and buffalo tempeh (prepackaged). You know what? That works sometimes.
I may be having a little too many Goodles vegan spirals lately, but life is really tough right now, and I'll take the shortcuts I can get.
