For today's snack, I Americanized Swedish food a little. I had some strawberry cream from lytkabento that I mixed with some mashed ripe banana, then topped with mini marshmallows and shredded coconut. It's in a glass container that has a lid, just the right size for this sort of snack.
I loved this. It was just the right balance of flavors for me.
That sounds good! I'm not to fond of bananas, but topping with mini marshmallows and coconut sounds great! Will have to try that!
