Rosehip Soup with Vanilla Ice Cream and Mandel Biskvier: A Swedish Taste Test
This was good--very unusual, but good. The rosehip soup is kind of blah on its own, but with the ice cream and cookies, it is a good balance of flavors. The cookies are firm enough to stay pretty crunchy even in warm soup and melting ice cream, but also really nice plain.
