Thermos 3-Tier Bento #39
A riff on tofu à la king, orange slices, a chocolate dipped apricot, and a biscuit.
I had planned to make tofu à la king before my anti-cooking rebellion began, and some of the stuff I had for it was still good, and some of it wasn't, so I ended up substituting several things, so this is more a biscuit with tofu gravy to put on top. I definitely missed the mushrooms, but it was really good. Peas are a good addition to this sauce.

DeleteOooh this looks good! Life is always better with biscuits. I think I need to attempt to make brunch a thing in my life now and biscuits and gravy should make an appearance sooner rather than later.
