Laptop Lunches #229

Greek quesadilla (that's what I'm calling it), some sort of cucumber-olive salad, applesauce mixed with cranberry-orange relish, and lentil snaps.

Okay, so all of that is super strange, but it was also all really good!

A Greek quesadilla is made with tortillas, feta, and spinach, by the way.
