Laptop Lunches #237

Applesauce mixed with cranberry relish; sliced kiwi; leftover mini smoked sausages sautéed with mini pierogies, peppers, and onions; and carrot sticks.
Although fresh pierogies are a winner over frozen most of the time, the mini frozen ones are really easy to cook with. We must do what we must do. But the regular-sized frozen ones are kind of temperamental--don't say I haven't warned you.
