Laptop Lunches #230
Chocolate yogurt with coconut and M&Ms (for color--see explanation below), caramelized apple slices, latkes with sour cream, and beets pickled with onions.
Initially, I didn't have the M&Ms, because...well...M&Ms. But I thought it looked so brown! Well, putting M&Ms in your yogurt and not eating it for a few hours results in the colors running and the whole thing looking rather disturbing. However, it does taste kind of good. So maybe if you try this, you can just put the M&Ms in a separate cup.
