Thermos 3-Tier Bento #7

Applesauce, garlic toast, and gnocchi with spinach and tomatoes (from Vegan Heaven). This was hard to photograph, and I was in a hurry so I could get it in the Thermos so it wouldn't lose heat, so here is the gnocchi close up:

As leftovers, because there is a really high sauce-to-gnocchi ratio in this recipe, it was still creamy and not at all dry.
