ToGoWare 2-Tier Tiffin #13

Roasted vegetable pizza and a simple salad of romaine lettuce (what else?), olives, tomatoes, and green pepper, with a little cup of Bac'n pieces and some vegan Thousand Island dressing.

The pizza was a frozen one from Amy's Kitchen. It was great! It isn't quite what you might think of as pizza, but who really cares when you have caramelized onions?
