My veganized colcannon, a Gardein beefless patty cut in half, and steamed carrots with some margarine, seasoning salt, and parsley. It has shaped up to be a hard week, but I managed to eat even though my appetite is minimal.
I know my own mental well being has an effect on my appetite and if my tummy is upset with me, so i get how a hard week throws your body off balance. Hope this weekend you’re able to rest and recharge and do what brings you joy :) Ttrockwood
